EXERCISE 02: MAIL MERGING

Image
MAIL MERGE - The Insight and Process Behind the Exercise Exercise#02 was quite challenging because on my previous years, I got used to using Google Docs which had a similar set up but a little less advance compared to Microsoft Word. With the guide the Ms. Belle provided, it sure was easy to follow and I honestly feel proud of the result. And it sure is a useful learning that I can apply in work emailing. I made a consistent design throughout the letter, from the use of formal fonts and colors that goes well with each other (Yellow-Green and Teal). For the graphics, I drew this landscape and added a character to add that artistic flare and a decorative piece to make the letter look eye-catching and decent.

IDENTIFICATION OF THE PARTS OF MICROSOFT WORD Microsoft Word, Guide to the Composed Parts , Cabiles With this being my very first activity in this subject, it honestly was a great start! As the title suggests, this Activity is about identifying the parts of Microsoft Word . During elementary, I recall discovering the functions and parts of editing applications like: MS word. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and many more. From that fresh idea of how this apps work, I was then introduced to the subject SCI-TECH and was able to narrow down my thoughts with regards the tools and functions that could ease my work. In the finished design, I used contrasting colors ( Pale Yellow & Shades of Blue ). Taking inspiration from a cartoonish style, I used " Pointing Hands " and turned the Microsoft Word logo into a fun cartoon character. Upon finishing the task, I realize that it could have made a bigger difference if I used contrasting colors to avoid difficulty in reading the words.
